An effective method of drill cuttings treatment – Production of remediation materials based on drill cuttings – was developed in Samara State Technical University. The main technological core of the proposed Complex is the system of dewatering geo containers. The paper represents the results of studies on drill cuttings dehydration of different compositions with the release of the technological stages of processing of waste treatment. Gradation of treated drill cuttings used to recover the geo environment is developed.
