The prevention of the deposits of gashydrate in the control valves by changing their construction
Formation and existence of gashydrates cause three factors: temperature, pressure and the presence in the gaseous medium of drop water. Therefore prevention or elimination of gashydrate structures is reduced to exception of one of these factors. The limitation of the mutual mixing of gas and water, i.e., the agitation of flow, is the partial solution by the exception of the third factor. Nevertheless, in certain cases this method occurs the unique solution of problem, for example, with the passage of the flow of the gas through the flow regulator. In the article are given the experimental data about the work of two control valves KRU and KRE, in the first of which the flow of gas is passed as that as strongly created turbulence, and the secondly – it is linear, without mixing of gas and water. Results proved to be striking: KRU in the course of time loses its stable work, and KRE its characteristic it preserves practically stably. Valve KRE possesses the high accuracy of regulation because of its design internal regulation characteristic, which prevents the accumulation of gashydrate in it. In the automatic regime at the assigned pressure to the valve is observed the most stable work KRE. During the hydrate formation, which is manifested in an increase in the assigned pressure to KRE, automation will give signal for the discovery, as a result of which, occurs the disruption of hydrate and the restoration of work from the assigned parameter, in this case the temperature and pressure remain constants. In the automatic regime with the assigned expenditure, in the case of changing the pressure in the collector the fluctuations of regime occur, but valve stably supports the required expenditure. With the average consumption of methanol of 930 l/month with the work KRU, on KRE the expenditure composed 480 l/month, which shows to reduction in the gashydrate accumulation in the valve KRE. Thus, studies proved that the valve KRE is characterized by effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy and smoothness of regulation due to the absence of the accumulation of hydrates inside the valve.
