DESIGNING OF DEPTH PUMP FIBERGLASS RODS ASSEMBLY
Main technical problem of using glass-fiber plastics is a structure of load bearing part. Stan-dard bond joint of steel end and glass-fiber rod under the GOST possesses a serious defect, con-nected with nonhomogeneity of shear stress on the axis of rod. Obviously the most perspective structure will be bonded joint with conical parts to use not only adhesion power but also pressure-shear interaction to increase strength.Modeling of all details and assemblies were made into SolidWorks, which allows to use parameterization for the following fast changing a geometry at the searching for optimum designs of joint. Calculations of stress-state are conduct by the FEA method into DesignSpace software.
