IMPROVEMENT OF THE PUMP EQUIPMENT WHEN CARRYING OUT TECHNOLOGICAL OPERATIONS ON THE ARLANSKY FIELD IN OIL AND GAS EXTRACTION MANAGEMENT “ARLANNEFT”

For increase of oil recovery of layers various chemical reagents are used. Chemical and physical and chemical methods of impact on layer can be united in groups: use of various chemicals (acids, alkalis, polymers, surfactant, etc.) for maintenance of reservoir pressure; oil extension by liquid and gaseous working environments (carbon dioxide, hydrocarbonic gases of a high pressure, solvents).
When using methods of increase in oil recovery of layers on Arlanskaya Square various aggressive reagents are applied (caustic soda (the caustic rubbed), liquid glass, various solvents, biopeahens, clay suspension, poliakrilamit (PAA)), which in turn negatively influence the used pump equipment. Within a short period of time pistons and the valve of pumps fail.
For elimination of these reasons it is necessary to carry out a number of the actions allowing to increase the between-repairs period.
For extension of the between-repairs period of pumps it is offered to use the combined piston in the design which can be used on piston pumps the NB-125, NB-32, 9T type on cementing TsA-320, and its analogs. The piston system of these units is often carried out not in acid proof execution that results in wear of details in hydraulic part (wear of piston rings, pump valves) and to fast failure.
Design of the combined piston: the frame under a rod of the piston, a ring from a kaprolon (polyamide six-block) and rings from a conveyor tape is turned.
Excellent property of polyamide of six-block (PA-6), its ability well to give in to processing on all machines – to drilling, turning, boring, milling, grinding is. At the same time, kaprolon has high rates of wear resistance, especially during the work in the conditions circle with presence of abrasive particles. The details made with application of a kaprolon, well cope with shock loading, they are durable and possess ability in friction knots, to work without greasing. From chemical properties, it should be noted its increased resistance to influence of oils, hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, air, weak acids and alkalis.
As a result of material use kaprolon as sealing rings of the piston, significantly increases the between-repairs period of the pump equipment.
