The paper presents the results of years of work carried out by a team of authors led by professor UGNTU Lyagov A.V. The article presents the technology to create a secondary opening of productive zones of the reservoir by drilling ultra-deep channels of small diameter and curvature radius of the projected trajectory. The studies were conducted on the technical task of “Gazprom dobycha Orenburg”, as a result of which, performed experiments with different layouts on a special stand of the laboratory, can be analytically established qua-litative and quantitative laws of behavior of perfobur in excess of long channel, and field tests conducted for experimental assemblies in two wells workovers.
