Variants of the combined technology of catalytic reforming and isomerization of gasoline fractions
Different variants of the combined technologies of catalytic reforming and isomerization for the purpose of identification of the main shortcomings and advantages of each scheme was considered. The analysis showed that production of ecological pure gasolines with octane numbers of 95 and 98 points requires introduction of new technologies. The most optimum variant is the combined technology of a hydroisomerization as allows to increase development of the high-octane not aromatic component used for preparation of commodity gasolines at oil refinery of the Euro-4 and Euro-5 standard. The combined technology of hydrogenation and isomerization of light gasoline fractions also allows to increase raw material resources for production of automobile gasolines, involvement of straight-run narrow fraction of 70-85 °C which isn’t involved in commodity automobile gasolines because of low octane number. This technology can be realized on existing installations of an isomerization oil refineries without essential expenses by an additional equipment of installation by the hydroisomerization block.
