Review devoted to the methods of wave impacts on the oil reservoirs to enhance the productivity of reservoirs. The paper described the equipment and technology, using different methods to wave stimulation of oil in conjunction with traditional methods developed in recent years, describes their advantages and disadvantages are shown in application.
In a review of a lot of attention paid to acoustic methods of enhanced oil recovery in the ultrasonic range. The various models and calculations of the impact of the expiry of the acoustic field of oil in the reservoir channel bottom zone and emerging with the various physical effects. The possibilities of the use of different combination of ultrasound technology in terms of the resulting synergies to extract hard-to oil. The developed equipment and technologies have passed pilot tests in different fields of the Russian Federation and the United States, which showed the high efficiency of their use to enhance oil recovery.
The above review of the following conclusions: to improve the wave enhanced recovery technologies necessary to develop a physical theory that could explain the mechanism of the physical processes occurring in the bottomhole formation zone, allows you to choose the rational design of equipment, operating and technological parameters of well treatment, which greatly increase the rate of oil recovery.
