In article we analyze the possible causes of emergence and development of emergency situations taking into account failures and malfunctions of equipment, possibility of human errors, external impacts of natural character. The analysis of possible scenarios of occurrence and development of emergencies in technological blocks is carried out. Application of a method of the analysis of dangers of technological object on danger degree is proved. The design procedure of quantity of steams of the gasoline participating in creation of hit hard factors at ordinary filling by the closed stream of the railway tank is offered. Justified discrete process of forming layers of gasoline when filling the railway tank-car. Volumes of steams of gasoline forced out through a mouth of the tank for different weather conditions are calculated. The estimation of a condition of occurrence of explosion of an air mix of oil products in territory a railway loading rack is given. For an estimation of degree of danger of a real railway loading rack on which filling oil products in railway tank it is carried out with deviations from obligatory requirements of Federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety the diagramme “reason-consequence” is developed. On its basis the analysis and a quantitative estimation of risk of failures is made for ordinary filling by the closed stream of the railway tank. Application of an offered technique allows at performance of complex inspection of an actual state of a bulk-oil railway loading rack into account presence of deviations from obligatory requirements of Federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety to receive the objective information on the basis of a quantitative estimation of risk about a condition of industrial safety on object.
In nowadays the chemical composition of modern motor fuels must be tightly regulated. This trend motivate the development of the process of sulfuric acid alkylation, which aimed at obtaining a high-octane components of gasoline – alkylate.
The catalyst for getting alkylbenzene is sulfuric of hydrofluoric acid. By the using these acids, we can get the production of high quality alkylate, with good selectivity and yield. But a significant disadvantage of liquid homogeneous catalysts is their corrosive activity and aggressiveness. These acids can be the reason of corrosion, equipment spoiling, leaks and humans burns.
This article describe the analysis of analytical systems (ionic liquids and zeolites), which can replace traditional homogeneous catalyst. Solid catalytic systems and ionic liquids are increasing yield, quality and safety at the workplace, because they don`t have liquid aggressive catalyst`s disadvantages.
The paper considers the potential dangers of sulfuric acid alkylation process and their impact on the life and health of personnel. This article considers the technological scheme of sulfuric acid alkylation process and the chemistry of the main reaction of getting alkylate. Methods for improving the safety of operation of the installation are proposed.
An analysis of pros and cons is made for heterogeneous catalysts and ionic liquids, which are an alternative substitute for sulfuric acid. The technological scheme of the alkylation process is described in the case of using solid catalysts.
EVALUATION OF FIELD FUEL DEPORT ON THE BASED FLEXIBLE TANKS ON THE EAST TAIMYR LICENSE AREAS IN THE CONTEXT OF RISK ANALYSIS
Arctic should become the most important resource base, providing the solution of socio-economic problems of the country’s development in the period up to 2020.
Strategically important objects for the PJSC LUKOIL, located in the Arctic zone, are Nakhodka, South Messoyakha, Pyakyakhinskoye, Salekaptsky, Khalmerpayutinskoye, Vareysky and East Taimyr license areas.
In the difficult conditions of the Russian North an uninterrupted fuel supply is becoming a vital issue. Construction of autonomous objects, such as exploration and production wells in the Arctic territory, provides for a tank farm or storage of fuels and lubricants of large volume. Filling equipment can be a source of man-made emergency situations due to significant amounts of potentially hazardous substances in them.
This article highlights the features of Arctic, zone of the Russian Federation, affecting the safety of construction projects, the analysis of the types and causes of steel tank accidents. Based on the analysis, to eliminate the main causes of initiating fire and explosion hazardous situations, the use a flexible fuel storage tanks was proposed.
The paper assessed. The risk of an accident with a flexible tank, the ‘tree failures “and” the tree of events “during depressurization a flexible tank have been assessed in the paper. A risk analysis on the basis of which is justified matching flexible tank necessary level of industrial safety, highlighting the major recommendations to reduce the degree of potential risk was carried out for the first time.
The comparative analysis of storage of fuels and lubricants on the basis of steel tanks and flexible tanks carried on the example of the construction of the East Taimyr 1P licensed area exploration well showed the increase in the basic technical and economic indicators using flexible fuel storage tanks.
The human factor aspect is usually the main cause of accidents in the production environment. For this reason the main objective of labor protection is prevention of an industrial injuries, occupational diseases, and also minimization of their social consequences. The most important task of any activities is prevention of accidents. However, if it has happened, it is necessary to prevent such situation in the future.
This article describes the results of the analysis of reports on industrial injuries and accidents in the Bashkortostan Republic for the period 2011-2014, and the analysis of causes of accidents in production environment, mainly related to the organization and training of workers on labor protection or industrial safety violation. Also it describes the accidents investigation procedure. Methods of increasing security production were presented and also were developed activities that will ensure decreasing of injuries and eliminating of the possibility of an accident. As a result it was concluded that safety improving activities will be useful only in case of managers and operating personnel interest. The basis for ensuring safety at work are not only instructions and guidance on work, which is issued by the manager, but also incoming information from employees.
The Republic of Bashkortostan is one of the industrialized regions of the Russian Federation. Concentration of industrial production in Bashkortostan significantly exceeds the all-Russian parameters, especially with regard to the placement localization of enterprises of oil refining and chemistry. A powerful complex of chemical and petrochemical plants, stretching for 270 km along the Belaya River from Meleuz to Blagoveshensk, pollutes not only the nearest territories but also due to air masses and water transfers negatively affects certain areas. Environmental control and guarantee of safety of livelihoods is one of the priority activities of state bodies, local authorities, businesses and citizens regarding compliance with environmental rules and regulations. Monitoring the implementation of plans and measures for the protection of the environment, careful use of natural resources, improvement of the environment, observance of requirements of environmental legislation and the adoption of the necessary measures is a necessity dictated by time. In connection with the above control parameters of recycled and repeatedly used water are very important. The authors have made an attempt to carry out the statistical processing of these indicators draw conclusions on the basis of the obtained results.
