Improving methodical fundamentals of designing, construction and operation of the natural gas trunk pipelines based on corporate standards system development
New hydrocarbon resources regions development requires new technological solutions and technologies, which is impossible without improving the scientific and methodological principles of design, construction and operation of trunk pipelines. Industry standards are the most important element of methodological principles of design, construction and operation of natural gas pipeline transportation systems. Gazprom’s current corporate standards structure in the field of pipeline transportation does not fully reflect the modern organizational and technological structure aspects of the company. Application of system analysis methods to corporate standards system structure development process based on data arrays allows to create an effective system, taking into account the legal requirements and based on life cycles and technological hierarchy of gas pipeline transportation facilities. Structure of the standard system, when put in tensor format, is becoming a model of standardization system “as to be “. Allocating existing standards in the cells of the tensor, and putting over it a “mask” – standards types, we get a representation of the completeness of the regulatory process to ensure all of gas pipeline transportation. Based on a comparison of the analysis of standards (model “as is”) and the model “as to be” gives the clear presentation can be fairly easy used to identify sections of the system of standardization, which require any actions. This approach to corporate standards system modeling allows not only to provide a unified approach for naming standards that facilitates the search, but also to create an effective tool for the analysis of the regulatory framework, the identification of “white spots” and areas with excessive regulatory provision. Results of the analysis should be applied to the formation of plans and programs to improve the regulatory framework in the field of pipeline transportation of gas.
Modeling details of the performance modes of gas transmittal units at gas transmission compressor stations in modern operational conditions
A variant of improving calculations of performance modes of gas transmittal units at gas transmission compressor stations is considered with the use of new mathematical models. The developed approach is applicable for resolving production and dispatcher management problems in gas transmission, as well as in real-time control of performance modes of gas transmittal units.
The research cites four reasons for failure of power equipment (PE) and shows that the refusal may be caused by blame of supplier staff, or operating organization or entity issuing the permit for the extension of operating life in excess to PE established by supplier. The example of the power transformer describes the basic requirements for the main documents governing the management of the works at various stages of the life cycle of PE. The expediency of building a unified information system for tracking the exploitation process of PE, in which each PE will have its own card, which, in chronological order stores the documents certifying the results of work in all phases of the PE life cycle. Only this case allows to create in the correct legal basis the establishment of the failure causes and to address the issue of the culprit.
This article describes the automation of the downhole rod pump installation under periodic pumping out of a liquid. One of such systems is «ASKIR SK» which allows to supervise work not only oil pumps, but also a drive of pumping units. In the given system control over a technical condition of responsible components of beam balanced pumping units (the electric motor, a reducer, a balance weight support) is carried out. Control over technical conditions of the designated components also allows to reduce considerably requirements for pumping units inspection that reduces quantity of unreasonable visits to well site by mechanical service staff and laboratories of technical diagnostics.
Problem of the gas-turbine units exploitation processes development in the range of control, management and restriction of the work regimes was investigated. Mathematical models of the gas-turbines work regimes were generated. Control and constraint functions for saving given parameters of the work regimes and observance of the gas-turbines “surviving” principles were built. Suggested approach to the gascompressor unit exploitation processes could be used for different gas-turbine unit types with taking into account individual adaptation coefficients. Derived functions could be used for calculation, optimization and control of the gascompressor units working regimes, parametric testing of the technological values and gas-turbine units technical condition.
